BEYOND BLIND SPENDING:

BUILDING EXPENSE TRANSPARENCY FOR THE DOWNTURN

Develop a tried-and-true framework for tackling the essential challenges in the way of more deeply understanding how your organization is spending and how to use insights to outpace your competition.

Every CFO knows you can’t manage what you can’t see—especially when it comes to spending.

But in an uncertain, inflationary economy like the one we’re facing today, the risks of blind spending and cash leakage are enormous—and growing fast. For every finance department, setting up automated systems to make processes more efficient is now simple table stakes.

Your organization’s fiscal health in the days ahead will depend on crystal clear spend transparency and the ability to share actionable insights about AP, payments, expense management, and travel management across the company in a timely manner.

WE'LL DISCUSS:

Join StrategicCFO360 and Emburse on August 31, 1:00 – 1:50 pm ET, to develop a pragmatic framework for tackling the most essential challenges that stand in the way of more deeply understanding how your organization is spending. The session will feature a live case study featuring a CFO who has successfully navigated to a better way of operating. Ample time for Q&A will allow you to gain insights to help you get better at this quickly as we head into what could be a painful second half of the year.
